This policy explains what information 4spire Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating as "4spire", "we", "us", collects through this website (4spire.in) and how it's used.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form submissions: when you fill out the form on this site (name, email address, what you’re exploring, and any optional phone number or message), it's sent to us via Formspree, our form-processing provider, and used to respond to your enquiry. We also include campaign tags and the referring website’s hostname, when available, to understand how enquiries reach us.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type, programme interest and confirmed enquiry submissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are not included in our enquiry analytics events.
- Email correspondence: if you email us directly at hello@4spire.in, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our records.
2. How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver engagements, and improve this website. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.
3. Third-party services
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics, via cookies.
Each operates under its own privacy policy. We only share what's needed for these services to do their job — form delivery and site analytics — not for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though we won't be able to see anonymised usage patterns from your visit.
5. Data retention
We keep contact-form and email correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and delete it on request. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've shared with us by emailing hello@4spire.in. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
7. Product-specific policies
Our individual apps and games (such as BollyWord Grid) may collect additional data specific to that product — for example, cloud saves or in-app advertising identifiers. Where that's the case, the product links to its own privacy policy from within the app.
8. Security
We rely on the security practices of our infrastructure and service providers (Cloudflare, Google, Formspree) to protect data in transit and at rest. All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
