This is a full-day, hands-on session where your team works with real AI tools on real tasks from your function. You will go from understanding how AI thinks to configuring it for your specific role. This is a full-day, consultative workshop. Your team maps a real workflow end-to-end, identifies where agentic AI can do the heavy lifting, and builds working agents using agentic natural coding. No prior coding experience required. You leave with a redesigned workflow and working prototypes, not a slide deck.
The HR team at a leading banking GCC had completed the AI Fluency Bootcamp and wanted to go further. Onboarding new joiners was time-consuming, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on HR availability. They came into the Agentic Workflow Sprint with one goal: fix onboarding.
During the sprint, the team mapped their entire onboarding journey from offer acceptance to Day 60. Using Design Thinking, they identified four points where AI agents could take over: answering first-week queries, scheduling orientation sessions, collecting and validating documents, and nudging managers for pending tasks. Rather than treating each as a separate tool, they redesigned the workflow so the agents worked in sequence, handing off to each other automatically.
By end of day, the team had built and tested a working onboarding agent using agentic natural coding. The chatbot that answered first-day queries, which had originally been their starting point, became just one component of a fully redesigned, AI-native onboarding workflow.
