This is a full-day, build-first program. You start with a focused Design Thinking sprint to identify a real use case worth solving. Then you build — using natural language to create functional software, guided every step of the way. By end of day, you will have something to show your team.

During the Vibe Coding Academy, the team identified a recurring pain point — new joiners were overwhelmed during onboarding, and HR was spending hours answering the same questions. A Design Thinking sprint scoped an onboarding chatbot to handle common queries automatically. By end of day, the team had a working prototype built entirely using natural language.
The chatbot is currently being piloted internally.

A leading educational institution wanted to solve a long-standing scheduling problem — and decided to involve both staff and students in building the solution.
Working with 4spire through The Forge, the team scoped and built a scheduler app designed around how their institution actually operates. Staff brought the domain knowledge. Students brought the energy and the ideas. Together, they shipped something real.
The app is currently in use internally, handling scheduling tasks that previously required manual coordination.
